Content & Curriculum Updates
Tuning
Auralia now includes 200+ new questions to help students improve pitch perception and identify intonation issues. It features real audio recordings with melodies performed on the flute, clarinet, saxophone and piano, plus an introduction to just intonation with intervals and triads.
Instruments of the Orchestra
Musition now features five new courses based around the instruments of the orchestra. Each course focuses on a particular instrument family and includes questions on instrument recognition, sound production, clefs, pitch, techniques, terms and symbols.
Ear Training Olympics
The 'Ear Training Olympics' offer students the chance to hone their aural and musicianship skills whilst participating in multiple 'events' including basketball, surfing, swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, skateboarding, boxing and volleyball.
