Exporting and importing of various items is now supported, via the downloaded software.

Library Media & Extracts

Can be exported and imported.  If an item is imported again, it is ignored.

Library Questions

Can be exported and imported.  If an item is imported again, it is ignored.

Syllabus

Can be exported and imported. If syllabus is imported again, you will be able to replace it if you wish.

If you do REPLACE a syllabus, it is possible that you have removed levels from the syllabus. This may cause problems;

  • Practise results that were linked to the deleted levels will be removed. Test & Course entries that used the deleted levels will be invalid; the task will not be able to be run until you fix the entries
  • Tests & Courses

Can be exported and imported. If a test or course is imported again, you will be able to replace if it has no results, otherwise you must import it as new.  If you wish, you can manually clear results on previously imported items so that they can be replaced.

Included Content - Syllabus

Exporting a Syllabus will 'drag along' any Library Media and Questions that are included, which will be considered according to the rules above.

Included Content - Test

Exporting a Test will 'drag along' any Syllabi or Library Media and Questions that are used in the Test, which will be considered according to the rules above.

Included Content - Course

Exporting a Course will 'drag along' any Syllabi, Tests and Library Media and Questions that are used in the Course, which will be considered according to the rules above.
