Local database removal - Cloud

It is sometimes necessary to delete your local Cloud database, please follow the instructions below.

Mac

1. Close Auralia & Musition
2. Click on an empty part of your Desktop, ensuring that ‘Finder’ is visible in the menu bar.
3. Click on the ‘Go’ menu and select ‘Utilities’
4. Open the ‘Terminal’ application
5. Enter or paste the following command and hit the ‘Return’ key.
   rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Rising\ Software/data7cloud/rising7.fdb
6. Start Auralia or Musition

Windows

1. Close Auralia & Musition
2. Click on Start
3. Type ‘cmd’, hit Enter.  A black box named ‘Command Prompt’ will appear
4. Type the following command and hit the ‘Enter’ key.
   del “c:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Rising Software\data7cloud\rising7.fdb” /f
5. Start Auralia or Musition

NOTE: If you are using Version 5 or 6, simply replace all the occurrences of '7' with a '5' or '6' in the instructions above.
