If you are locked out of Auralia or Musition or cannot enter the software as a System Administrator then the only way you can back into the program is to delete your database file. However, this will delete all your settings, users, classes, syllabus and test customisation and results.

The other option is to email us your database file and we’ll unlock it for you.
