Administration

Course entry editing - lesson titles now use correct terminology (3058)
Issues with some additional spacing in Notation -> Text question types resolved (3098)
Spacing of randomly ordered multiple choice entries now works correctly (3100)
Users now have a 'Primary' instead of 'Default' Class - less confusion! (3109)
... and Classes now have a 'Primary' Syllabus (3109)
A 'Primary' Class is selected automatically when editing a User (3103)
Issues with selecting some User options resolved (3107)
